Class 2: OCR Bootcamp
Get ready to work hard and conquer your next Obstacle Course Race. In this Boot Camp, Jeremy "Captain Kaufmann" an Elite Obstacle Course Racer, will bring you new and challenging workouts each week. Unlike other bootcamps however, he would never put you through anything he himself would not do. That's right, get ready to train right beside The Captain as he puts you through a workout that will make you come crawling back for more. This is the second part of The Primal OCR Burn, a series of three classes offered on Saturday Mornings.
Class 3: Afterburner
Take HIIT to the next level, with a 20 minute hotbox workout. This is the final part of the Primal OCR Burn, a series of three classes offered on Saturday Mornings.
