AGES 6 and up have great success!
The first pillar of the Junior Warrior “curriculum” is physical activity. We all know kids today don’t go outside to play as much as they used to and schools are cutting back on gym class and sports, but exercise and play are still important in your child’s development. Our after school program is a kids fitness program that can help your child sleep better, eat better and help with their coordination. Our facility engages our recruits with mission-based exercises that are always different. Each mission starts with a light warm-up and stretching. Then we move to the core of the training, which involves obstacle courses such as rope climbing, crawling, wall climbing, monkey bars, and more. Every mission has fun skills and critical thinking drills integrated into the session so they get the best physical and mental stimulation that a kids fitness program can offer.
FOR SAFETY, Children under the age of 6 are not allowed in the facility.

Urban Warrior partners with schools in the greater Portland metro to provide a unique off-site physical education experience. We begin with a warm up then demonstrate each obstacle while offering modified ways to be successful. Each student works on developing their skills with each challenge until they are successful. With each achievement, each child graduates to the next obstacle. Call us for special educational and group pricing.
