6 Week Challenge: Application
We want everyone in this program to succeed! Urban Warrior is investing in your 6-week challenge, which includes the following. All Access Membership including TRX, Mobility, Circuit Training Classes and access to our obstacle course. Flexibility where you workout a minimum of 3 times per week - you can do this from our gym or your home! Engaging and effective body weight workouts designed to challenge each person at their own level. Nutrition coaching, healthy recipes, meal preparation guidance. Ongoing feedback, monitoring, support and accountability!
